Fields

Practice Field Policy

Fields take a decent amount of work to ensure that they are safe and well maintained.  If you can spare a few hours every couple of
weeks, our kids can play soccer on good turf with proper markings.  Please contact your coach or appropriate a
ge Group
coordinator
if you can help out.  Thanks.

The U-10, U-8, and U-5/U-6 fields are in high demand for practices. To reduce the confusion each team that is practicing on these fields needs to E-mail the Field coordinator the days of the week, time, and location of the practices so a schedule may be posted

Hickam Field Painting Policy
  • Each Friday at 1630 the U-10s will paint the field by Mokulele Elementary school.

  • Each Friday at 1700 the U-5s and U-6s will paint their fields in front of the School Age Program Center next to the tennis courts.

  • The U-8 coordinator will paint the U-8 fields

Set-up / Break-down of Fields

First Game set-up, please show at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the first game so we may begin on time. This is important for the U-10 age group as all games are played on one field. The U-10 and U-5/U-6 Equipment is located in the U-10 shed behind the youth center.

The U-10 Goals are next to the U-8 fields.

To secure the U-10 goals, use the big stakes to secure the goal posts and the small stakes to secure the nets.

If there are holes in the field, get a shovel from the U-10 shed and use dirt from the corner of the Mokulele Field and fill in the holes."

"Last Game, please return everything to the appropriate shed with the exception of the U-10 goals, these are positioned near the U-8 shed so they may be transported to the U-10 field on Saturday. Ensure the field is clear of all equipment and it is properly stored in the shed.
